The bar is a great meeting place for our guests (Info: Wednesday closed).

If you are staying in an apartment, you can have breakfast when you desire.

Large breakfast from buffet with bio products:

Per person € 21,00 children aged 3 – 15 is € 12,00

 

Check in:

Rooms are available on the day of check in at 16:00. The room will remain reserved until 18:00. If you would like to check in later – please inform our reception.

 

Check out:

We bid our guests to vacate the room by 10:00 on day of check out.

 

Location:

We are located in the center of the village Serfaus, and only a 2-minute walk from the gondola.

 

Booking/Payments:

To make a reservation, we ask you to make a partial payment. We request a payment of €500 for a room and €1000 for an apartment.

Garage/Parking:

A reservation can be made to keep your car in the hotel parking garage. The charge is € 10 per day. You also have the possibility to park in the public parking garage for €5 per day.

 

Dogs:

Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to bring your dog with you. The charge is € 20 per day without food. In consideration to out other guests, we ask that you do not bring you pets into the dining hall or restaurant.

 

Safe:

There is a safety deposit box that is free of charge in the hotel safe.

 

Cancellation:

For late check ins or a cancellation, you may be required to pay a fee as governed by the Austrian and International Hotel Regulations. You have the opportunity to purchase a trip insurance from us. By placing a reservation, you agree to comply with the Austrian Hotel rules and regulations.

 

Village Tax:

There is a village tax costing €2,60 per person / day and is separately billed. Children under 14 must not pay the tax.

 

Post cleaning:

Is included in the weekly Price.

We have in our hotel a children’s play area, a small fitness room, a massage room, a bar, a fire place, a restaurant and a ski and boot room.

 

Spa:

Free usage for all houseguest including the infrared sauna.

 

Internet:

Internet in entire complex.
