Arrival:

Rooms are usually available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and will be reserved for you until 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance by phone.

Departure:

We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Location:

Centrally located, only a 2-minute walk to the valley station of the cable cars.

Booking/Payment:

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of € 500 per room or € 1,000 per apartment via bank transfer to:

Parking:

Each booking includes one parking space. Additional parking spaces (with prior reservation) cost € 5 per night.

Pets:

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets can only be accommodated upon prior arrangement. We charge € 20 per pet per day without food. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the dining or lounge areas.

Safe:

Free use of the hotel safe is included.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, the Austrian and international hotel regulations apply. You also have the option to take out a cancellation insurance policy with us. When a reservation (accommodation contract) is confirmed, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Accommodation Establishments apply.

Tourist Tax:

The local tax of € 2.60 per person per day will be charged separately. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

Final Cleaning:

The final cleaning is included in the weekly price.

Wellness Area:

Free use of the wellness area, including an infrared cabin, for all house guests. Note: The wellness area is closed on Saturdays.

Internet:

Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
